Refund policy

Returns – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

An item is eligible for return only if it is in the same condition as when you received it—unused, undamaged, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ekoponics.com. Please note that returned items must be sent via Zásilkovna or through another method agreed upon in advance.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

If you wish to receive a replacement item quickly, we recommend returning your current item and placing a new order once the return is approved.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

In addition to the above, if the item is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned, the item must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Warranty and Liability for Defects

All products purchased through our online store are covered by a statutory 24-month warranty from the date of receipt, unless otherwise stated.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that arise during normal use. It does not cover damage caused by regular wear and tear, improper handling, or misuse of the product.


Complaints in the EU and Czech Republic

Customers in the Czech Republic and other EU countries are entitled to warranty claims in accordance with the legislation of their respective country. In the Czech Republic, we follow the Civil Code (§ 2165 et seq.).


International Customers

For customers outside the EU, warranty terms are governed by the laws of their respective countries and applicable international law, unless these conflict with our terms and conditions. We always strive to find a fair and reasonable solution.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may also take some time to process and post the refund.
